Whatever happened to sending out Birth Announcements to your family and friends?
When someone in our family or one of our friends has a baby, and I’m putting my requests out now, I want a little photo and the basic information about the little boy or girl.
Maybe it’s just me…LOL…I didn’t think Baby Announcements were a thing of the past? I still like to receive mail…you know, not electronic email…that real paper and envelope-type mail. It’s special!
Okay, now that I have that little rant out of the way, I found a neat website, Doodlebug Designs, while I was “stumbling” today, and now….you have NO EXCUSE…
They do some really cute stuff these days for baby, wedding and special occasion announcements. I thought the twins ideas were sooooo cute! When I have a baby, I’m going to have thee coolest announcements ever…I want to capture the beauty and sweetness of presenting a little baby to the world!

So true. I agree. I much prefer to receive a real announcement. It just seems so much more special.
