I “stumbled” across the neatest modern contemporary furniture site today, Spacify.

I was especially impressed with their table section. Wow…it’s so funny when you get older, a great table or vacuum can make you happy…LOL…

Nonetheless, they had some great dining tables…Ones you could design your whole theme around…They are really stunning, visually of good quality, modern designs that are unique.

Anything I decorate my home with must be unique in nature, or it won’t keep me happy over the long haul…

I love the clean lines of their coffee tables that are not only beautiful, but functional as well. They look like they came right out of an interior design magazine.

The best part about their furniture is that although it is all of modern design, they have very different selections in each category…They don’t all look alike, for example, just in a different color.

Maybe home decor does not make your day…Maybe you’d be excited to get a new table for your office at work, or for the conference room, if you are a manager, owner or CEO. No need to worry, they have those too!

Awesome conference tables for those “power meetings” are sure to perk up your project teams or clients coming in to meet with you. Look like a professional that’s in this century!

Today, in Niagara, it is a typical autumn day. Not just any autumn day though…it’s the 1st day of autumn.

It was super sunny out, but rather chilly, especially in the shade.

We currently have the Grape & Wine Festival going on in St. Catharines and it’s always a cheery event lasting over 1 week.

The rose bushes need to be cut back, the fall fertilizer needs to go on the grass and the acorns are falling everywhere from our giant oaks on our property.

The squirrels are frantically collecting up their harvest for the winter, as well as the bunnies.

Our dogs love going out in this weather, as it isn’t too hot for them with their end-of-summer fur coats that we will grow through winter now.

They play and play, chasing squirrels and birds from the yard.

This year, we had an especially rainy and cool summer, which wasn’t great for our summer fruit and veggies. However, we had a plethora of plums and grapes this season. Our figs are not even close to ripening and are especially hard.

Our apples look wonderful though, as well as our pears.

This saying, more often than not, is so very true…

Chances are, if you are wanting to build a fence as high as you can, you’ll be looking for the city ordinances or bylaws to find out the maximum height of the fence.

…And chances are, if you’re looking to build the highest fence possible, there is a reason!

* Tip: If you’re already looking up the bylaws online for the maximum height of the fence you want to build, print it off while your there…

Why?

Because, if the reason for your high fence is your neighbor, they’ll be trying to be as difficult as possible and you want to know your rights.

Have the bylaws you printed up, and highlight the pertinent section so that you can pull it out whenever there is a problem!
