Newsflash:

I regret to inform you all, it has been reported that Jennifer Hudson’s mother and brother were found dead from gunshot wounds at her mother’s home in the south side of Chicago.

Jennifer Hudson, if you don’t know, was on American Idol and made it very far in the top 10. She starred in Dream Girls with Beyoncé Knowles, and was a serious actress and singer in her own right.

Apparently, a nearby cousin discovered the bodies.

Not only that, but her 7-year old nephew was also found missing.

It is said that it could be due to a domestic disturbance, and the suspect is identified as William Balfour out on parole from the Illinois River Correctional Center on attempted murder, carjacking and stolen-property charges.

Balfour was sentenced to serve 7 yrs in 1999, is 5′5″ and weighs 147 lbs.

Julian King, Hudson’s 7 yr old nephew is reported to possibly be wearing khaki pants and a polo shirt with the #5 on it. He is 5′ tall, weighs 135 lbs, has brown eyes and black hair.

It is said that William Balfour was living at the residence and is involved romantically with Jennifer’s sister, Julia.

Balfour is either driving a 1994 white Chevrolet Suburban with license plate X584859, or a green Chrysler Concord with the license plate 332K823.

It was reported that gunshots were heard between the hours of 8-9 am this morning (Friday).

What a tragedy! Our thoughts and prayers sincerely go out to Jennifer and her entire family.
