Weight loss and fat burning are different things, but can work together, one and the same.

Losing weight, often also, includes losing water weight, loss of muscle mass and fat loss too.
However, you need water for every single function in your body.
Also, when losing weight, people often think if you don’t eat or skip meals, you’re better off. NOT TRUE!
Your body thinks it’s in “starvation mode” and instead of burning fat, like we all want, it starts to eat away at your muscles, and storing, you guessed it, FAT! Plus, it decreases your metabolism!
This is called cannibalism – sounds terrible and really, it is because it’s working against all the things you want – fat loss, lean muscle gain and an increase in your metabolism.
