When you are trying to lose weight, is that really what you want to do?
I mean, isn’t it more important to be a fat burner than a weight loser?
Weight you lose can be water weight, or can be misleadin because as you burn fat, you’re building muscle, most likely.
Weight isn’t a great way to measure your success…
