Long gone are the days of old when you’ll see a golfing pro walking around on the course with a cigarette, or competing with a huge beer belly…It will be few and far between, let me tell you, if they plan on being competitive!

Golf fitness has never been considered as important to one’s enjoyment and success in the sport as it is today.
