Some people hear the word “exercise” and start to feel tense and anxious. Would exercise be more appealing if we were able to compare it to drinking your favorite coffee, fine beer or glass of wine? The thought of exercising does not have to be so intense, lighten up and enjoy it as you would your favorite cocktail.
