* About 1 In 10 People Suffer From Sort Of Hearing Loss. The Average Person Waits For 7 Years To Seek Help For Their Hearing Problem. That Means You Have Likely Spent A Lot Of Time Worrying About Whether You May Be Experiencing Some Type Of Hearing Loss!
I want to share information from an article I was stumbled by my friend, Stariuss. I was a little bit hesitant to totally buy into these suggestions…
…But as I thought about it, what in the world is there to lose? Nothing…And what is there to be gained? Possibly your hearing back, and you’ll be a little healthier from the vitamins that you take…
Now, I don’t have any other scientific data to give to you here. However, really…for all of you cynics…it’s well worth a read and a try…(Funny thing about these cynics is that they probably don’t have an issue with hearing loss, and don’t know what it is like to be willing to do anything that might help your situation…)
What I am going to do is give you what to do in a nutshell, and you can check out the link below for more information if you really want to.
Basically, there are 4 nutrients that could help you if you supplement them into your diet:
1. 150 mg Acetyl-Carnitine/day
2. 150 mg Alpha-Lipoic Acid/day
3. 50 mg Glutathione/day along with the recommended daily dosages of Vitamins C & E/day
4. 60 mg Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10)/day
It is suggested that you try them for 6 months.
A natural way to help improve your hearing, is to really focus in on what you are hearing, similar to the effect that you get when you block someone out to hear the score of the hockey game on the radio…You don’t hear a thing they are saying…Use your internal hearing aid!
Check out this great article for more information and more background and reasons: Possible Ways to Reverse Hearing Loss and Improve Hearing
I thought these ideas were plausible and if they help only a few people, it is well worth sharing this with you!

Sounds like it is at least worth trying.
My good stumble friend, mumba, says:
“Can’t do any harm! That’s a problem I have always had…………focusing my hearing!!!”
Me too, actually, especially if the TV or radio is on, or if there is background noise on someone’s phone…However, I’ve had my hearing checked and it’s perfect…go figure???

My stumble friend, melchazidek, shares:
“Actually Kimberly…I have ridden in Squad Cars as an observer and I found that when a Drunk gets pulled over their radio is so loud they can’t hear the cop. So they turn the radio down just a tad and therefore it is down RIGHT? WRONG. The cop has them TURN OFF THE RADIO. Nope it is not the noise…it’s the sugar and the high amounts of carbohydrates that has inundated the brain with booze. Most patients experience a 75% gain in hearing after quitting for 6 months… I should know. HA ha”
LOL…That’s funny…LOL…
