When was the last time you had a real glass of juice?

Orange Juice

I don’t mean a fruit-flavored drink or punch…I mean real juice - 100% juice not from concentrate!

Have you been drinking more coffee, tea or softdrinks than anything else?

It’s true that juice can suppress appetite - well, that’s because it’s full of calories. That’s okay because there are so many benefits of fresh fruit juices.

They’re chock full of vitamins, minerals, water and fiber.

Did you know you can go into your local Whole Foods Market and choose some fruits from their produce section and you can ask them to juice them for you? True! (I love WFM!)

Also, in their produce section, they have an area where they’ve already juiced fresh fruits, vegetables and herbs you can pick up!

Their apple juice is so fresh, tangy and delicious! We had 2 bottles of it the other day…

Juice can help boost your immune system, curb that appetite and improve your overall health!

Of course, when juicing at home, try to use organic fruits and vegetables. Some surprise ingredients you may not think of that are awesome are: fresh ginger, raw sweet potatoes, beets and watermelon! Mmm…

Try juice especially if you’re feeling under the weather or a cold coming on, or after a tough workout.

P.S. When I juice at home, I use a Jack LaLanne Power Juicer - It rocks!
