1. Salt: It may not be tasty, but salt will clean your teeth. Just moisten your toothbrush and dip into a pile of salt in a saucer or pour some salt onto your toothbrush. You may need to reapply during brushing, but this will clean your mouth.

2. Baking Soda: Baking soda is a typical ingredient in many toothpastes out on the market today. It is especially useful for whitening the surface of your teeth.
