A few days ago, I signed up with Bidz.com
It’s an auction jewelry site, where you often win auctions at a serious fraction of what the piece of jewelry is worth.
Within 3 minutes of me being on the site, I won my first auction and was so happy that I did. I bought a gorgeous bracelet for my hubby for Valentine’s Day!
Since then, we’ve won about 8 auctions, including my mother…ranging from winners at $6 up to $236.
You can actually win auctions for $1 on all sorts of jewelry, up to jewelry that goes for $21,000! Really beautiful, unique pieces you haven’t seen anywhere else.
For example, we just won an auction on a 18.95 ctw Mystic Topaz with two 1.70ctw amethysts ring set in 14K yellow gold, appraised at $1,869…We won the auction at $168. This is a gorgeous ring!
Yesterday, my mother won an auction with a ring appraised at $929.00 for $236.00 - She had to have it! LOL
It has a 2.10 ctw amethyst in the middle surrounded by 16 baguettes between 0.2 and 0.4 ctw of genuine aquamarine, citrine, garnet, modavite, amethyst, peridot, rhodolite garnet and topaz, all set in 10K yellow gold!
